Putli Hellesen (b. 1996) is a Norwegian-Filipino dance artist from Florø, Norway. 

Putli`s practice unfolds as a continuous negotiation between presence and perception, where identity is neither fixed nor singular but a shifting interplay of reflection and distortion. Her work traverses the tensions between visibility and invisibility, the original and the copy, fiction and reality—moving fluidly through personal and collective narratives. Putli welcomes the instability of process, the unfinished and the unresolved, crafting performances that oscillate between intimacy and spectacle, rigor and spontaneity, the personal and the absurd. Through humor, vulnerability, and a deliberate unraveling of form, she invites us into a world where bodies are both sites of resistance and vessels for transformation, where choreography is a tool for reimagining, for reclaiming, and for becoming. 

Putli holds an MA in Dance from Oslo National Academy of the Arts (2021) and as a performer she has worked with choreographers like:
